ENCOURAGING EMPLOYEES TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX

CONCEPT / DESIGN DIRECTION / ROLLOUT

The internal HR and safety department of the U.K. Parliament desired a campaign that would illustrate to employees the importance they have in the day-to-day safety regulations that surround them.
I directed an aesthetic that would demonstrate how each department could step outside of their bubble, and realise that HR & environmental safety is something that would make their overall career a better experience.
