To strengthen PA Consulting’s voice as a market research specialist with a striking digital campaign for their new customer analysis venture that would focus around the newfound power of consumers over brands. 


A visual concept that represented the true power of todays modern customer, showcasing the strength of their voice in an oversaturated consumer market.

the concept

Today’s customer has now become the controller of their own universe, including control over the brands they use within it. It’s time to listen up, because the universe really does revolve around them.

We see the new, empowered, and outcome-focused Customer 4.0, spotlit in full colour, in a neutral universe, surrounded by a host of microphones, ready to give word about what they want from the brands they are now in charge of. 


Creating Customer 4.0

By organising and directing a bespoke photoshoot with a casted model, we were able to create the perfect representation of our central figure and gather a large set of usable assets.

A dedicated webpage

The core campaign content lived on a dedicated page that sat within PA Consulting’s main website. The page featured in depth research and insight, staff-led blog posts, and simple, digestible infographics.


Expanding campaign reach

To promote campaign exposure we created set of PPC and display banners that would be featured on related websites and used as targeted marketing.

Social media

A set of simple social media posts allowed the brand to showcase the new campaign on various social platforms, inspiring casual starting conversations about PA Consulting’s innovative and groundbreaking research and insight abilities.
